    A self sustaining restaurant named Till, Till is based upon the word Tilth meaning healthy soil. This is the perfect description for this Good Earth Restaurant. Till grows all its own produce and herbs on site, composts its organic waste, practically eliminating the massive carbon footprint produced by most of the worlds food chain.
